ぼぼくくととききみみだだけけののせせかかいい by moreru

For fans of Heccra, Blemishes, Midori, late stage hyperpop, and the overstimulation of consumer capitalism, ぼぼくくととききみみだだけけののせせかかいい by moreru fires off blazing rounds of teenage angst with some of the highest octane internet noise rock available. Influence from almost every heavy rock genre appears on this record, as black metal guitars, grindcore growls, synth punk production, and post hardcore riffing all stand arm-in-arm to immerse us in this hostile headspace. Such an intense energy matches a lyrical tendency to fire at everything that moves, rattling off grievances with contemporary culture, human frailty, hopeless ambitions, war crimes, and everything else we’re forced to face as we come of age. Sooner or later, most of us find ways to suppress all these natural concerns, which in turn causes society to cast a judgmental side-eye at those still invested in change. However, by consuming such passionate art as what’s put forward here by moreru, we keep a piece of that furious child alive in our hearts, allowing ourselves to feel rage at things which should stir up anger in anyone with a conscious.
